When: Friday 15-Oct at 9:30pm - 10:45pm (optional dinner at 7:30)

Why: Time to see one another, catch-up, and create memories
Cost: $5 (much of the cost subsidized by LSCC)

Dinner: House of Falafel @ 7:30p (19590 Stevens Creek Blvd) It's optional and not covered by LSCC. Highly encouraged to hang with the groups before the game!

What is broomball?
-Broomball is a a game that is similar to ice hockey, but it is played with a ball instead of a puck and a broom that has been dipped in rubber at the straw end rather than a stick. And you're in tennis shoes, not skates.

Do i need special shoes?
- Only if you're dead-serious about the sport. Recommended to wear supportive tennis shoes or cross-training shoes. No skates, because skating is not allowed in broomball!

Is it just LSCC on the ice?
- YES! it's just our friends so it'll be a great time

Do i need any protective gear?
- Helmet will be provided, and are required when the ice. If you have your own bring it! (likely better & more comfy than the ones provided)
- Bring knee pads if you have them, sliding around on the ice is fun with pads, but not as much when you don't.

It's Cold, isn't it?
- If you're playing broomball, you will not be cold, you will be hot from running around on the ice.
- If you are spectating, dress warmly as it is in an ice-rink.

I didn't eat dinner, will you feed me?
- We will have light refreshments, but you better eat dinner.
- Check with your LSFG Leader for details on dinner!

Are children and infants allowed?
- Children are allowed to play! Make sure they're protected.
- Infants are allowed to play, but would probably lose real bad. It's recommend infants relax on the spectator side-lines in some warmly bundled blankets.

I don't want to get hurt, do I have to play?
- We at LSCC are much less competitive than a few years ago, which means it's a very friendly pace and safe environment to engage on ice.

What if I am late?
- The start time is 9:45, don't be late. :)

Can I sue LSCC?
- Nope, waivers will be required (see attached), play at your own risk. Good thing we're all safe! Print it yourself and save some time!

What are the teams?
- Depending on the number of players, we will likely have a all-play split teams. Then if time and healthy attitudes permit, we may have a round robin fellowship v. fellowship tourney.

Hope to see y'all there!
